1. Overview

StreakPass is a rewards platform that may let users earn promotional rewards, credits, points, cash value, or other incentives by completing daily surveys, engaging with offers, maintaining streaks, and related experiences. Because rewards, tracking, withdrawals, fraud prevention, and support depend on data, we collect and process information necessary to operate and improve the Service.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect online and offline in connection with the Service, including through our website, wallet pass experiences, customer support, identity verification flows, payout flows, and communications.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account and profile information, such as your email address, phone number, username, account ID, timezone, account preferences, and support history.
  • Authentication and security information, such as one-time verification codes, session identifiers, login timestamps, device/session logs, and security event history.
  • Survey and profile information, such as your survey responses and profile attributes derived from those responses, each stored with its source, timestamp, and confidence. Survey responses are used to personalize surveys and offers.
  • Rewards and activity information, such as surveys completed, offers viewed, started, or completed, streak history, earned rewards, pending rewards, reversals, balance history, and withdrawal history.
  • Wallet pass information, such as pass serial numbers and the device registration tokens Apple provides so we can deliver pass updates and notifications to your wallet.
  • Device and technical information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, language settings, user agent, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, click identifiers, and other diagnostic or attribution signals.
  • Payment and cashout information, such as selected withdrawal method, payout destination metadata, payout history, transaction status, payment processor identifiers, tax forms, legal name, mailing address, and other information required to process withdrawals or comply with law.
  • Identity and compliance information, such as date of birth, government ID information, sanctions screening results, fraud review signals, tax identification data, and supporting documents if required for compliance or dispute resolution.
  • Communications and support information, such as emails, support tickets, customer service notes, and attachments you submit.
  • Marketing information, such as campaign IDs, UTMs, landing-page interactions, and source attribution.

3. Sources of Information

We collect information from several sources, including:

  • directly from you when you sign up, verify your phone number, answer surveys, withdraw rewards, contact support, or otherwise interact with the Service;
  • automatically through your use of the Service, including through cookies, local storage, logs, device signals, and analytics tools;
  • from advertisers, offer platforms, survey providers, attribution vendors, and other partners that report whether activity qualified for rewards;
  • from payment processors, fraud vendors, identity vendors, sanctions vendors, or compliance vendors that help us verify users, prevent abuse, and fulfill payouts;
  • from landing pages or marketing partners that help us understand campaign performance and user acquisition.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information for the following purposes:

  • to create, maintain, and secure accounts;
  • to authenticate users and manage sessions, including phone verification by one-time code;
  • to present surveys, offers, streaks, cashout methods, and other platform features;
  • to personalize surveys and offers using your survey responses and derived profile attributes;
  • to track offer participation and determine reward eligibility;
  • to calculate balances, pending states, reversals, streak multipliers, and withdrawal eligibility;
  • to deliver wallet pass updates and notifications about your points, streak, and rewards;
  • to process withdrawals and work with payout partners and compliance vendors;
  • to detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, spam, policy violations, suspicious activity, and security incidents;
  • to troubleshoot, test, monitor, and improve the Service;
  • to communicate with you about your account, rewards, withdrawals, support issues, security notices, and operational changes;
  • to comply with legal obligations, tax requirements, sanctions screening, regulatory requests, and dispute handling;
  • to protect our rights, users, partners, and the integrity of the platform.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, local storage, device identifiers, server logs, session tokens, link decoration, attribution IDs, postback parameters, and similar technologies to operate the Service and understand user behavior.

These technologies may be used to:

  • keep you signed in or remember your preferences;
  • attribute offers, clicks, or other qualifying actions;
  • measure traffic sources, campaign performance, funnel performance, and retention;
  • prevent abuse, duplicate accounts, suspicious devices, and payout fraud;
  • diagnose technical issues and improve product performance.

Some browsers and devices allow you to limit certain tracking technologies. However, blocking cookies, device identifiers, or attribution signals may break parts of the Service and may prevent rewards from being tracked correctly.

6. Rewards, Attribution, and Partner Reporting

Because StreakPass depends on reward attribution, we may send and receive information with advertisers, offer platforms, survey vendors, and tracking vendors. This may include account identifiers, click identifiers, device or session identifiers, timestamps, country/state signals, offer IDs, status updates, qualification flags, payout status, and anti-fraud signals.

We use this information to determine whether you started an offer, completed an eligible action, qualified for a reward, remained within a required retention period, triggered a reversal, or are eligible for withdrawal credit.

If a partner does not report a completion, reports conflicting information, or reverses a completion, your reward may remain pending, be denied, or be reversed.

7. Withdrawals, Verification, and Compliance

To enable withdrawals, we may collect or receive additional information needed to verify your identity, validate your account, assess fraud risk, satisfy tax requirements, and comply with anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and payment processor requirements.

Depending on the payment method and jurisdiction, this may include legal name, address, date of birth, tax information, government ID information, bank or payout destination metadata, and communications with support or verification vendors.

We may also create internal risk or compliance records tied to withdrawals, reversal history, account age, device consistency, or suspicious activity in order to review payout requests and protect the platform.

8. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers and vendors that help us host, operate, analyze, secure, verify, support, or pay out the Service;
  • With reward and advertising partners to track participation, validate completions, report reward status, investigate reversals, and prevent abuse;
  • With payment, identity, tax, sanctions, and fraud-prevention partners to process withdrawals and meet compliance obligations;
  • With affiliated entities or successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction;
  • With regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties if required by law or if reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate wrongdoing, enforce policies, or respond to legal process;
  • With your consent or at your direction where applicable.

We do not sell your survey responses or account data to advertisers in the ordinary meaning of the word "sell" for unrelated ad targeting. However, some privacy laws may define certain analytics, advertising, or sharing arrangements differently.

9. Analytics, Advertising, and Measurement

We may use analytics and measurement tools to understand traffic, device performance, retention, funnel drop-off, reward performance, campaign performance, and support outcomes. We may also use acquisition and attribution tools to understand which campaigns, creatives, partners, or sources led users to StreakPass.

We or our partners may use limited data for marketing attribution, audience suppression, fraud control, campaign reporting, and related business analytics. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for reporting, benchmarking, and internal decision-making.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide support, maintain account history, enforce our Terms, process withdrawals, resolve disputes, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and satisfy tax, audit, accounting, or regulatory requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the sensitivity of the data, the nature of the activity, whether rewards or withdrawals are involved, and whether there is an active legal, compliance, or fraud-prevention need.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, logging, authentication controls, vendor screening, anti-fraud systems, session controls, and related operational measures.

No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you should take reasonable steps to protect your own devices, email account, and verification channels.

12. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have rights to request a copy of certain data or to appeal a denied privacy request.

You may also be able to:

  • update certain account details in your profile;
  • opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link;
  • remove the StreakPass pass from your wallet at any time to stop pass notifications;
  • adjust certain browser cookie settings.

Some requests may be limited if we need certain data to maintain the Service, detect fraud, complete transactions, comply with law, or protect other users and the platform.

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below.

13. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age at which collection of personal information would require verifiable parental consent under applicable law. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we may delete that information and take steps to disable the associated account.

If you believe a child provided us information inappropriately, contact us at [email protected].

14. International Transfers

We may store, process, or access information in the United States or other countries where we, our service providers, or our partners operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws of your jurisdiction.

Where required, we take steps intended to support lawful cross-border data handling.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the Effective Date above, post the revised policy on the Service, or provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Service after the revised policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
